Get help or report a problem

Search help or send feedback when an article does not cover it.

Help lives at /help. There is no dedicated report-a-problem form. When something is missing or wrong, use Search help or the Feedback tab.

  1. Open /help. Click Search help, or press / or Command-K (Control-K on Windows). Click a result to open that article.

  2. After you read an article, vote Was this helpful? with Yes or No. That vote does not open a ticket.

  3. To report a problem, click Feedback on any Dusted page. Write what went wrong in Your feedback, then click Send feedback.
